This memorial website was created in the memory of our beloved Ma, (Irene Annibell Shrum Cox), who was born in Tennessee on July 20, 1904 and passed on August 03, 2008 at the age of 104. We knew her as Annibell Cox though her actual given name was Irene Annibell Shrum. We will remember her eternally. Most of us will carry on her strong belief in God through Jesus and meet her again in Heaven. She found good in everyone. Ma genuinely loved us all, even with our faults and indiscretions. Being "kind" was one of her most valuable characteristics.
I hope you will take time to add every picture and detail of your time with Ma so that we may all see more pieces of her life on earth and know "you" and your family better. There are many relatives that we do not see regularly so adding information and pictures would help us all stay a little closer as well as get connected to the prior years in her life. You are welcome to add good times and bad times. Don't be shy about adding some of the more humorous times! Ma had such a good sense of humor and will always be remembered for her laughter. I think Ma would have loved this.
